الملخص:
 
هذا البحث يتحدَّث عن الحياة العلميَّة للموريسکيين من خلال رحلة أحمد بن قاسم الحجري (أفوقاي) (ت بعد 1051هـ/1641م) .
وتلقي هذه الدراسة الضَّوء على هذه الرِّحلة باعتبارها مصدراً مهمًّا لا يُستهان به لهذه الفئة ، لا سيَّما ومؤلِّفها کان أحد أبناء الموريسکيين الذي عاصر حياة هذه الفئة بجميع جوانبها .
وتتبَّعَ البحث من خلال هذه الرحلة أکثر جوانب الحياة العلميَّة وتفاصيلها للخروج بصورة واضحة عن النَّاحية العلميَّة والثقافيَّة لهم . مع التحليل والمقارنة مع المصادر الأخرى التي تحدَّثت عن هؤلاء الموريسکيين سواءً المعاصرة للحجري أو بعده . وقد أعطت هذه الرحلة تصوُّراً مهما عن حياة هؤلاء الموريسکيين ، کما أنَّها وقفت على الجانب الثقافي والعلمي وصوَّرته عن کثب من خلال صاحب الرِّحلة نفسه ، والذي کان يحمل ثقافةً عالية لعدَّة علوم  ، کما أنَّها أوضحت مدى تفاعل الموريسکيين وتأقلمهم مع مجتمعهم سواء داخل الأندلس أو خارجها .

Abstract:
 
This research handles the scientific life of the Moriscos through the journey of Ahmad ibn Qasim al-Hajari (Afukai) who died after 1051 AH / 1641 A.D.
This research shed light on this particular journey because it is an important source for this dynasty, especially since the author was one of the sons of the Moriscos, who lived the life of this group in all its aspects
The research traced through this journey all aspects of scientific life and its details to abstract clearly the scientific and cultural image of them, as well as analyzing and comparing with other sources that talked about these Moriscos, whether contemporary to Al-Hajari or after him
This journey gave an important insight into the lives of the Moriscos. This journey also showed the cultural and scientific aspect through the traveler himself, who was carrying a high culture, including several sciences. The journey also illustrated the extent to which the Moriscos interacted and adapted to their community both inside and outside Andalusia
