تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد، وتتبع تقنية المفارقة في المقامات اللزومية ( للسرقسطي)، وإظهار الأبعاد الدلالية والجمالية، والرؤى الفكرية، على مستوى المقامة التي اتسمت بها تجربة الأديب، والتي حفلت بالتناقض في أحداثها وشخصياتها، والتباين في مدلولاتها اللغوية، وبالتالي انعكست على الوجود الإنساني؛ فظهرت من خلال الصور الأدبية، التي تعبر عن الواقع وقضاياه؛ وفق إطار تعبيري، يكسر أفق التوقع لدى المتلقي، وفي سبيل إجلاء ذلك، انتظمت الدراسة في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرسين، فجاء التمهيد بعنوان: المفارقة مفهومها، ووظائفها، ثم توالت المباحث كاشفة عن صور وأنماط المفارقة لدى السرقسطي، ودلالاتها السياسية، والاجتماعية، والثقافية، فكان المبحث الأول بعنوان: صور المفارقة في مقامات السَّرَقُسْطِي(المفارقة اللفظية)، والثاني بعنوان: مفارقة السخرية، والثالث بعنوان: مفارقة الشخصيات، والرابع بعنوان: مفــارقة المكـــان، والخامس بعنوان: مفارقة الزمــان، والسادس بعنوان: المفارقة التصويرية، ثم الخاتمة، وقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج، ثم الفهارس.

Abstract
This study aims to monitor and follow the paradoxical technique in the obligatory maqamat (by Zaraqusti), and to show the semantic and aesthetic dimensions, and intellectual insights, at the level of the maqama that characterized his maqama experience, which was full of contradiction in its events and characters, and the discrepancy in its linguistic connotations, and thus reflected on human existence. ; It appeared through literary images that express reality and its issues. According to an expressive framework, which breaks the horizon of expectation of the recipient, and in order to clarify this, the study was organized into an introduction, a preface, six topics, a conclusion, and two indexes. , social, and cultural, the first topic was entitled: Images of Paradox in the Maqamat of Zaraqusti (verbal paradox), the second entitled: The Paradox of Irony, the third entitled: The Paradox of Characters, the fourth entitled: The Paradox of Place, the fifth entitled: The Paradox of Time, and the sixth entitled: The Paradox of Pictorial, Then the conclusion, which included the most important results, and then the indexes.
