Women and Crisis Management in The Prophetic Era

Abstract
Women are part of the society who together with men contribute to its building. They are the ones who bring up generations with good Islamic education whose fruits is reaped by the society to occupy prominent position among nations. Therefore, Islamic call focused on women since its beginning, which was reflected in women’s active contributions in crucial times to set an example for Muslims women everywhere. This research study focused on events and crises that Muslim community has experienced during the era of the Prophet. Some women had remarkable positions in dealing with these events with courage and sacrifice to overcome such crises. Among those are Khadija Bint Khuwailid (may Allah be pleased with her), Somaya Bint Khayat (may Allah be pleased with her), Zainab the daughter of the prophet (may Allah be pleased with her), Asmaa the daughter of Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her), Arwa bint AbdulMotalib (may Allah be pleased with her). Om Salama (may Allah be pleased with her), Om Habibah bint Abi
Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with her), Om Emara Nusseibeh Bint Ka'ab (may Allah be pleased with her), and Aisha Bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her).
All of them had a prominent role in managing different crises by either prompt decision-making, courage, sacrifice, wisdom or sound decisions.

الملخص
          المرأة هي جزء من المجتمع تساهم مع الرجل في بنائه ، کما أنها هي مربية الأجيال التي تزرع فيهم التربية الإسلامية الصالحة فيقطف المجتمع ثمار زرعها ويکون سببا في ارتفاع شأنه بين المجتمعات ، لذا نجد منذ بداية الدعوة الإسلامية اهتمام بالمرأة ومساهمة فاعلة لها في أوقات عصيبة لتضرب أروع النماذج التي يقتدى بها لدى نساء المسلمين ، وفي هذا البحث رکزت الدراسة على مواقف وأزمات مر بها المجتمع الإسلامي في عهد النبي r کان لبعض النساء مواقف مشهودة في حسن التعامل مع الموقف والشجاعة والتضحية التي بذلتها لتجاوز هذه الأزمات ، ومن هذه النماذج : خديجة بنت خويلد رضي الله عنها ، سمية بنت خياط رضي الله عنها ، زينب بنت رسول الله رضي الله عنها ، أسماء بنت أبي بکر رضي الله عنها ، أروى بنت عبد المطلب رضي الله عنها ، أم سلمة رضي الله عنها ، أم حبيبة بنت أبي سفيان رضي الله عنها ، أم عمارة نسيبة بنت کعب رضي الله عنها ، عائشة بنت أبي بکر رضي الله عنها .
     وکان لکلا منهن دور بارز في إدارة أزمات مختلفة ، تطلب بعضها سرعة اتخاذ القرار وتطلب البعض الاخر الشجاعة والتضحية والحکمة والرأي السديد .
