الملخص:
تعتبر عوامل التأثير من المرتکزات في الحکم والوصف الدقيق للشخصيات والأحداث، ومن ذلک ما يکون للمؤدب من دور في صقل شخصية المتأدب، وخاصة إذا کان له صفة الديمومة فيما بعد. ومن ذلک دور العالم والمؤدب صالح بن کيسان المدني على عدد من أبناء بني أمية، وفي مقدمتهم عمر بن عبدالعزيز.
وقد کان صالح بن کيسان مهتماً بالعلوم الشرعية واللغوية، فبرع في الحديث وروى عدداً من الأحاديث، وبرع في الفقه وذکر عنه عدد من المسائل الفقهية. ومما برع به تأديب الصبيان، فأدب عدد من أبناء الخلفاء والأمراء من بني أمية. وکانت علاقته الکبرى بعمر بن عبدالعزيز، وبه تأثر في عدد من الجوانب، منها طلب العلم، والزهد وتهدف الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور العالم صالح بن کيسان المدني، وأثره على الخليفة عمر بن عبدالعزيز، بصفته مؤدب ومعاون له.

Influence factors are essential in judging and describing characters and events. It is what the teacher of the role in refining the personality of the student. Especially if their relationship continues.  It is the role of the jurist and polite Saleh bin Kisan on a number of sons of Amia, At the forefront is Omar bin Abdulaziz.
 Saleh bin Kisan was interested in religious and linguistic sciences. He excelled in the hadeeth and recounted a number of hadiths. He excelled in jurisprudence and mentioned a number of doctrinal issues. And he  is excelled Disciplining the boys. He polite a number of sons of the caliphs and princes of the sons of Amia. His great relationship with Omar bin Abdul Aziz.  It was influenced in a number of aspects, such as seeking knowledge, and asceticism. The aim of the study is to highlight the role of Saleh bin Kisan Al Madani. His impact on the Caliph Omar bin Abdulaziz, as a polite and auxiliary.
